After I'm done I will send you a video of the model and you can suggest changes here. If no changes need to be made I will set it up in Vtube Studio.

I do not accept commission requests from people under 18.

I reserve the right to deny any commission.

I do not take commissions requiring multiple people to review — please ensure that only one person is responsible for the communication and feedback.

I do not take any payment before 1~2 days before working on your commission.

I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. Depending on the progress, you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund.

You may drop out of the commission for free anytime before I work on your commission. But you have to let me know that you're not going to commission with me.

If you drop out after I start working you may recive partial refund depending on how much work is done.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device can run the content you commissioned from me. When I deliver the files, you will not be refunded because your device is unable to run some of the model's functions.

For Art commissions, the payment goes: 50% of the final price as a deposit before I start working on the commission → 50% of the final price as the final payment at delivery.

For Live2D model rig commissions, the payment goes: 50% of the final price as a deposit before I start working on the commission → 50% of the final price as the final payment at delivery.

After I have started work on your commission, only partial refunds are allowed based on the progress of the work.

There are no refunds for completed commissions.

I do not accept commissions that are completely undisclosed.

If you do not ask for confidentiality, I will have the right to post progress/WIP content on Twitter/ Instagram/ Youtube, or streaming while working on your commission.

I reserve the right to use the model I created for you to produce images/videos and have the right to upload them to Twitter/ Instagram/ Youtube and my Artstation as a showcase after your first reveal.

I will never distribute your commission files to any third party without your permission.

For Art commissions, you can suggest unlimited revisions when in progress. Revisions that result in redoing work already done may result in an additional charge.

For Model art commissions, you can suggest unlimited revisions when in sketching step. One revision in each step after that. Revisions that result in redoing work already done may result in an additional charge.

For Live2D model rig commissions, you can suggest unlimited revisions when in progress. Revisions that result in redoing work already done may result in an additional charge. I also offer 1 month of free minor revisions after delivery.

Please credit me as your model artist/ rigger on the platform where you use your model for content creation or streaming.

Do not use my work for any type of AI learning.

For Model art commissions, it is forbidden to register the copyright of the commissioned model art without prior notification and negotiation.

For Model art commissions, please credit me when reselling Live2D model art.

All my Commissions are intended for Commercial use, meaning any royalties are already included in the prices provided.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted our (art)work, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc).

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work when posted on our Websites and Social Media.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

I will, however, always give proper credit to you and the artist for ownership of the character’s design and Artwork rigged.

I will decide when to open commissions depending on my current work, and I am usually unsure myself. If you would like to be notified when I open the commissions, please join my Discord server.

I will try to take on all kinds of commission requests. But to be fair and to keep me organized please do not confirm with me in a private message or email whether I will accept your commission.

As I am not sure whether I will accept your commission, I will moreover not quote for your model, and will only make detailed quote for the model once I am sure I will work with you. Please use the price list to make an approximate quote.

No. The Live2D source file (.com3) will not be delivered as it contains my secrets of how I rig the model!

For individual clients, you can obtain the .cmo3 and .can3 files for 0.5 x the total price. For companies, the price is doubled.

If I'm unable to update your model promptly due to a busy schedule, I can provide the source files for free, allowing you to have another trusted and reliable rigger—who will not leak the files to do the update. (individual clients only)
